The approach
We engineered Azure Data Factory pipelines ingesting over 5 GB/day from MongoDB, MySQL, and REST APIs, modelled a reporting layer, and shipped live Power BI dashboards with automated EU-compliance data-quality tests. A RAG assistant handles self-service questions.
The result
Reporting went from monthly to daily, submission rejects dropped 40%, manual reporting fell about 80%, and a Python forecasting model improved gas-storage outlooks by 18%.
